Center Court Fitness Club provides opportunities to progress in your overall health and fitness goals through weight and strength programs. These programs are designed to educate, motivate and keep participants engaged. All members can receive equipment orientation, which prepares participants in areas of usage and safety.
WEIGHT AND STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES
- Weight Training 101- This class is designed to introduce you to working with weights. It comes with a free general workout plan for 6 to 8 weeks.
- Women on Weights
- Kick Start- Is a great way to begin your personal training experience! THis introductory program meets twice a week for 4 weeks. The class includes 2 personal training sessions per week and a class calendar complete with exercise prescriptions for the month.
- In Gear-This is a 6 week program that will take you to the next level in your fitness ablitites.Classes included 2 days a week with a personal trainer, on day on your own, a class schedule that will take you through the workouts, and a beginning and ending body composition test.
- Express Workout- These are group execise classes held in the fitness area with an instructor leading you through an exhilarating workout. Express Workout classes consist of serire or a circuit of strength and cardio exercises.
